Do you accept the returns?

Yes, returns are accepted if:

  • Item was returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • The lingerie item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

We reserve the rights to refuse your refund or exchange if the items are not sent back to us in their original condition. In such a case we will organise to reship the goods back to the given shipping address.

How can I return the item?

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team via info@melady.co.uk. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request.

Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.

Once we receive the returned lingerie item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method used during the purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

Processing Time

Once we receive the returned lingerie item, please allow 3 days for us to process the refund and for it to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
